Recently purchased a Fiat 500 from N& S A Fisher and the service was excellent. I enquired about the vehicle through auto trader in the evening and was contacted the morning of the next day. Mush was really helpful and answered all questions we had about the vehicle and at no point was their any pressure just friendly helpful customer service. As we would be travelling to see the vehicle over 3 hours Mush kindly sent us pictures and videos of the car so we had a good look and even tested the vehicle for Android and apple car play options. I placed a holding deposit that was fully refundable and due to the distance helped me out by holding the vehicle till the weekend for me. The vehicle is immaculate and just as advertised and also a really good price compared to others on the market. Due to the distance the nationwide warranty was a really nice touch that gave us piece of mind. Overall 10/10 and Mush is a credit to N & S A Fisher he really looked after us. I have recently purchased a ford puma from N & S A Fisher and have been most impressed by the professional and friendly service I have received. They are a family run business who take a pride in providing a personal experience for the customer. The sales team Mush and James were very helpful in answering all of my initial questions and Mush provided advice throughout the sales procedure.
When I picked the car up Mush explained everything included in the sale, sorted out all of the paperwork, new car tax, logbook etc, and all of this in a courteous and very friendly manner.

I took my ford puma to Fisher yesterday because of a recall and the staff there were amazing.

Im very picky when it comes to my car and Matt was really helpful.

It was my 1st time dealing with Fisher and i have had bad experiences with Sandicliffe before but this experience was completely different and refreshing.

I will definitely use them again if i need anything in the future.

I don’t do long reviews so straight to the point. Fishers provided an excellent friendly service, I had no need for a pick up and return or a car whilst my car was being serviced. I was made aware of how long the service would take and the cost. The service was completed ahead of time and I received a call to collect my car. I was well pleased with all aspects of, many thanks to the staff for the friendly attitude towards me, I could not have expected more.
