Stay away from this place. They offered a quote to us for purchasing a property, but Kimberley seemed to up the costs for no reason. When questioned, she literally made up unsubstantiated claims for the increase. In essence, she failed to get relevant information from me in time and then charged me more for their incompetence. She played on the high pressure timelines that need to be met to get the purchase through - truly disgusting. The estate agent I brought my property through also confirmed they will never work with N Legal Solutions again.

Am an estate agent of 30 years, have never left a negative review for a solicitor but have had 3 sales with this company involved I have had enough terrible experiences to know they are one of the worst I have ever come across.

They take weeks to do anything, they are slow (unless you want to pay extra) and make mistake after mistake.

It is the biggest purchase you will ever make, do not trust these to act for you!

Locally they are recommended by an agent who gets a huge kickback. If you are recommended you should ask what they get from it - it's the only reason they push them!!

Wonderful service by a team of professionals who were always very friendly, helpful, patient and efficient even though my flat purchase was more challenging as an Expat.

I have used Kimberley Kong and her team at N Legal recently for probate services and had an excellent experience. Therfore when I decided to sell a property I again approached Kim and her team who were able to complete the conveyancing with upmost professionalism. We did have some major issues with the purchasers solicitors as they were outside of the local area. N Legal were able to deal with these problems by contacting both Estate Agent and purchasers solicitors keeping me up to date at all times. Unless you want your stress levels to go through the roof, do not deal with this company. Kimberley Kong was rude, dismissive & has no idea of how to look after her paying clients. It took phone call after phone call, email after email to get any response. From completion on the sale of my property to receipt of monies, we waited 7 days, as did our estate agent for their commission. Her reception staff are lovely but the same can most definitely not be said for Kimberley Kong.

All in all, Kimberley and the team got everything sorted in good time and we completed on the date agreed, so no issues there.
