Asif Hanif took my case. Charged 500 pounds and after a long winded 6 months informed me my visa is granted but the BRP card has not been issued. I rang him every other day and he kept saying Home office are saying they have not sent the BRP card. Finally he advised the Home office delivered the BRP a month and a half ago to the wrong corresondance address even though i chased him every week and he did not tell me this before. He then asked for more money to file a lost card with the home office even though i never recieved the card in the first place...Avoid this Dog...very cunning. sits in a bradford office once a week...stay away

After an unsuccess case i wanted to retrive my documents. They charged me £300, after which they were supppose to email and post my documents. Waited the whole day for the email as i needed it soonest. When i rang the office, receptionist informed me that their accountant is on a leave and cannot release it until the accountant is back.
Really ? My life is not going to wait for his leave. This is not all the receptionist whom i spoke to hung the phone over me. Ridiculous customer service very poor unprofessional.
Please avoid using their service if you can.

I have known Mr Asif Hanif (I call him My Messiah) for nearly 10 years. He has been the wind beneath my wings .He is the Messiah of any immigration problems that any one could have .
