After receiving an Email asking to confirm my details, had trouble trying to Register on Line, spoke to a very helpful Gentleman who put me through to another Department and once again the lady who I spoke to was very helpful and confirmed email and phone numbers. I still couldn't do it on line so i spoke to a lovely lady called Claire who was able to confirm my details over the phone After me answering some security questions, so I'm a happy Lady! Thank you for helping a non Techno!!!!

I spoke to a lady called Marcella. It is very hard to speak to someone from overseas regarding pensions. I found Marcella extremely helpful and courteous. Marcella phoned me a few times to see if we had received emails regarding my husband’s pension. I cannot commend Marcella highly enough, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. It’s refreshing when you receive such excellent service.
