I am very pleased with the support from Myddelton & Major, especially Siobhan Macfayden (Senior Property Manager & Lettings Negotiator) and Charlotte Ponting (Lettings & Residential Management Administrator). My first contact was with Charlotte about renting a particularly property, Charlotte was extremely efficient at responding to my questions via email. Siobhan showed us round the property - lovely lady, who patiently answered all of our questions and allowed us time to fully take it all in. I especially appreciated the efforts from M&M after the viewing. We wanted to move asap, and Siobhan and the team made this happen within just 3 weeks, including ref checks, contracts, chimney sweep, cleaner, gardener, oil, boiler check etc. What I specifically liked about Myddelton & Major is that I did not have to pester Charlotte and Siobhan for information as I have had to do with previous letting agents. We move in next week and so far I am pleased with the support we have received and would recommend Myddelton & Major as a letting agent.
