Had a leak from the toilet. Cowboy plumber arrived and proceeded to wipe his dirty boots on my hall rug! After 20 mins in the bathroom on his phone he said it was the washer from the cistern. Said he couldn’t change it because the bathroom was too small. Advice to put a pot underneath. Told him to leave and called the company to make a complaint and ensure my Landlord wasn’t charged. They said it wasn’t his job to try and fix it if he couldn’t access the screw. Cowboy plumber working for a cowboy company.

Absolutely I can provide pictures. If you’d bothered to get back to me as promised I would have sent you them immediately. Ask him where he wiped his feet when he walked into my house. The grey RUG in the hall. No shoe covers at all. He did NOT fix any leak. The cistern is still leaking as much as it did before he came. I was NOT rude to him. I told him there was no point being here if he couldn’t fix it. I also asked for the companies details which he gave me.
The leak is under the cistern so not sure how he was looking with his phone when he was standing up.

As a company I would expect complaints to be taken seriously and not call customers liars.
