The day after my accident a curtsey car was delivered that day without it affecting my no claims or without having to pay excess. If I had gone direct to my insurer I would have had to pay over £300 excess for an accident that wasn't my fault. I've known Rick for a very long time, so when my parents had a non fault accident I new who to contact for advice on the best course of action to take.

My Free Legal Advice instantly took all the stress away and handled everything from start to finish, they gave outstanding customer service, fantastic helpful information, sorted a replacement car quickly, and arranged the repair of their damaged car.

The work done to my parents car has been done to an exstreamly high standard, so much so you couldn't tell any work has been carried out.

Don't bother ringing your insurance company to be led around the garden path which is what happend to my folks. Just get straight on to these guys, they will have you up and running again in no time without all the headache.

If could give a higher score I would, absolutely made up with the service provided 🙂
