OAH has a serious mediation program. This one, however, is an absolute joke and nothing but a waste of litigants' time. It's just a box everyone has to check off on their way to trial. You are required to go, so they have no reason to care whether or not the service they offer is worth anything. They don't and it isn't. They just go through the motions. My mediator literally told me that good faith was not required of the parties. Totally useless. The director is absolutely clueless. I regret that Google doesn't allow for zero stars.
