Needed to get my wife a visa to move to the UK. Made the mistake of paying £750 to a visa advice service. Should’ve known it was money wasted when I read that they had 10 working days to respond to emails - and they usually took all 10 days even for simple questions. Did a google search for UK immigration help and saw Muldoon Britton had an office in New York. Filled out a contact form on Sunday, expecting to hear something on Monday. To my surprise, Jack Blackhall contacted me on Sunday night. To make a long story short, best money I’ve spent in a long time. After signing a client agreement, we received a questionnaire and document checklist to fill out. We sent Jack everything he asked for and he answered any questions we had, usually the same day. He filled out the visa application for my wife to sign after verifying the info was correct, and once we had bankrolled the UK Government with all the fees we had to pay, we received the visa in about 13 working days. I definitely plan on using Muldoon Britton for the next visa we have to get.

We used to company to acquire a British passport for my son. We live in the USA but he is entitled to dual citizenship. Muldoon Britton, and specifically Zsuzsanna were extremely fast and responsive to all our querires and made the process streamlined and hassle-free. We ran into one problem when the passport office requested a document that was not listed on the required docs list supplied, but this was also not listed on the HMPO website either, so MB can't be blamed for that. We were able to resolve the issue and our passport arrived with only a minimal delay. Just know that even if you do everything right, there could still be hiccupps. Again, we were very impressed with the personal service we received and the speed fo processing.
