Although initially helpful and effective at the advice stage, the work done was not of a satisfactory standard and ultimately unsuccessful in achieving our goals. Mistakes were made and despite an official complaint and a small 'goodwill' remuneration payment, the correction costs were excessive. We have subsequently found free support and advice which is proving to be successful. Disappointing.
