She mediated for us on a couple of issues, and often worked well out of office hours to assist us when necessary. Fiona also resolved a post sale issue, which we were very grateful for. We wouldn’t hesitate to use MSP again, and would highly recommend them.

Selling a house, we werre having great trouble with our estate agent, who had allowed the cash buyer (and the buyer's solicitor) to stall and delay the purchase for over seven months.
We were almost driven to the point of putting the house back on the market when Fiona Smith, senior partner at PSP, took decisive action to get the completion date agreed.

We can't praise her enough for her personal and kind efforts in ending this nightmare for us.
She replied quickly to our emails and phone calls, and it was a real pleasure to speak to her often in those final few weeks leading to the long overdue completion.

Avoid at all costs, unless you have plenty of time on your hands, don’t mind being ignored & given false promises!
We were almost left homeless due to the delays caused by this firm when purchasing our house. They didn’t return calls to my solicitor, vendor or the estate agents (who had actually recommended them in the first place!).
No idea how a team of professionals are able to continue running a business like this. So much stress & upset could have easily been avoided if they just actually communicated- they didn’t seem bothered at all.

Just recently sold our house in Northumberland this September 2021 through MSP Legal Services in Hartlepool. I feel that everyone has got to remember this year(2021) has been another challenging year not only with Covid-19 still around but the Stamp Duty 0% Government offers during 2020-2021 that end at the end of this month so l feel that MSP Legal Services have coped so well during these busy and unprecedented times. I dealt with Fiona and Lauren who were so helpful in our sale, l cannot thank them enough. I understand previous comments about phone not being answered, l sometimes too did not get through at first through there phone system but they always got back to me via E-Mail, plus l must give extra credit to Fiona and Lauren that not only did they contact me late at night via E-Mail but also during weekends so this service was exceptional.
There rates were very reasonable l must say.
I would use MSP again.

Absolutely terrible service from MSP, barely any contact from them, do not return calls, take ages to respond to emails! Still sat at 6.30pm waiting for keys due to funds not being released when they were supposed to. Constantly chasing them after calls from estate agents due to them not answering their calls either. Had 3 different moving dates but due to no communication they were all changed leaving us out of pocket due to having to rearrange removals. Takes an absolute eternity to get through to the office and when you do it's either a case of " let me take your number and we will ring you back" or being hung up on!! We used them due to them being recommended by our estate agents and it was the worst mistake we made left us out of pocket, stressed and worried that we were not going to purchase our new home. The only saving grace towards the end was Shannon who was great, she was very helpful,professional and actually called you back but again we have only dealt with her for the last 2 weeks. Would not recommend MSP at all unless you want an extremely stressful and disappointing house move. Avoid

Fiona did the conveyance for a recent house purchase. We had a deadline, but wanted the sale through faster, which was a stretch, given it felt like half of the country were moving house at the same time and all solicitors, estate agents, councils, removal companies and anyone involved with housing transactions were extremely busy. Fiona did a great job getting the sale over the line, even when the seller went AWOL on the day we were supposed to exchange & complete!
