The most incompetent organisation I have ever dealt with . Adrian Bowers (company director) decided to take the day off on the day we agreed to exchange contracts & complete. Things were left to his colleague Donna, who last minute decided a document was as ‘missing’ and their compliance officer wasn’t happy, so they refused to exchange contracts. Leaving us waiting on the drive of our new house for hours, unable to move in. During this frantic ordeal Donna refused to take my calls and didn’t reply to my emails. We then had to return to an empty house 1 hours drive away with no bed, or clean clothes. All of our things packed in a van!

The Friday before Adrian Bowers assured me that Mowll & Mowll had all required documents and only required funds to be received. Adrian Bowers failure to communicate with his own staff and get his paperwork in order caused a huge amount of stress, waiting around and extra expense.

The following day we exchanged & completed (only just) Adrian Bowers refused to take my calls or reply to my emails.

Absolutely avoid this ridiculous company!

Nothing good to say about Mowll & Mowll Solicitors. They tell pork pies when you can finally make contact with them. They’re like mañana without any sense of urgency.

You don’t have to respond to every review especially if you have nothing serious to say and you build a better company reputation by being a better company; not by responding to reviews.

They will encourage you to take a lose-lose case so long as they know they'll get paid. Worst sort of lawyers, where their own interest always comes first. Very unethical. Willing, able, and practiced in doing harm.
