I cant thank Motor Claims Helpline enough for what they have done for me. My car was smashed to bits when a pub car park wall fell on it and the brewery said it was an ‘act of god’ so I wouldn’t be covered. It was thousands of pounds of damage and as I am a new driver I couldn’t claim on my own insurance as my premiums would have gone through the roof. I was recommended to MCH by a family friend. Within 2 days they had contacted the brewery and told them they were liable, quoting the law and threatened legal proceedings. Within 1 week the brewery changed their decision and paid for the repairs in full. MCH arranged all of the repairs and even got me a courtesy car to use. Within 2 weeks of the incident my car had been fully repaired and now it looks better than it did before. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Steve was incredible and immediately put my mind at ease over the phone. I called in a panic after being sold a faulty car, and he did a fantastic job of advising me on the best course of action. His knowledge and professionalism gave me the confidence I needed to handle the situation effectively.

Steve was excellent at giving great advice about the issue I have and what steps to take next. This was especially helpful considering the issue is not yet in a claims position, meaning he gave some considerable time just to chat through the problem and help out someone struggling with an issue. Others would have simply ended the call, but Steve didn't. That says a lot about who Motor Claims Helpline are as a company, and for me it means they are good honest people who want to help. Called Motor Claims Helpline for help dealing with our nightmare-ish situtation with a faulty Megane E Tech we recently purchased (dealer refusing to acknowledge fault etc). Steve was clearly extremely knowlegeable and experienced with this type of dispute resolution was even generous enough to give us 40 mins of his time over phone before we had even paid anything! We listened to the full history of our disupute and then gave some valuable advice for free! Fortunately the dealership finally located our fault a week later so we didn''t need to escalate but had things turned out differently, we would 100% have hired Steve to represent us! Thanks again for the help!
