I regularly use this services when travelling to the South West.

It is a small services accessible off junction 27 in both directions. There are toilets located in both the fuel station and main building.

Fuel is priced similar to other motorway services and the main building houses a Burger King and Costa Coffee. No bargains to be had here but I’ve never had a problem with quality.

Please be aware that parking is only free for 2 hours.

There is also a Travelodge which I’ve never used.

The electric charger is easy to work and relatively well priced. We ate at Burgerking where the food was served quickly and staff friendly. The toilets were kept ok.

Popped in only to grab a coffee for my 4,5hrs journey back home after delivery, but coffee is good and smells like coffee as someone mentioned that, Staff is kind and chatty. Maybe next time I won't be in a hurry 😉

I come here for Burger King. It's small but normally quieter so it's ideal. As it's not overly busy, you get good food and service. There is limited parking because it's not a major services. It's well maintained, and I have never had any issues.

A very good services area, basic compared to modern counterparts but clean and fair offering of facilities and very friendly staff too. This BK site also participates in Blue Light card this making it more affordable than other sites along the M5. Fuel prices are also much more reasonable than others along the M5.
I will definitely make this my go to stop when going down to Cornwall now despite it not being sign-posted off the M5.

Visited Burger King, food was the usual Burger King standard so ok. The burger king app doesn't work at this branch, it appears that this branch isn't connected the main system. Only 2 out of the 3 kiosks were working although the 3rd managed to show adverts! The 2 remaining kiosks wasn't giving receipts or order number tickets. The lack of working out whose order is who's was an issue when queuing with the member of staff if that was your order as you couldn't prove which order was yours and what you'd ordered. We did have a query with the order which couldn't really be resolved without ordering tickets or being able to see what was ordered via the app. Anyway, this branch is one to avoid if you can as the organisation and maintenance at this Burger King left alot to be desired.

Good coffee in Costa when the right staff on duty along with grandson loving burger stop. (I don't know if the BMW 5 was ignorant or arrogant, as non electric parking was empty)
