It is a very small Moto service, considering there is a multistorey car park.

We are at burger king, which was the only restaurant open at 8pm, so the queue was next level. There is no designated waiting area for the food as the area in front of the store is right outside the toilets. Therefore, you have to go through a crowd of people to use the toilet and then proceed to wait next to the smelly things for your food.

The food was delicious though.

The M&S situated inside was unstocked at this time of day, there were no meal deal options left at all, the fridge was empty.

The seating in the complex is very limited, most people had to eat in their cars.

The bins were overflowing and the tables that were available were filthy.

It is a dog friendly station.

The WHsmith inside was very tiny but had most things you would need, even sold winter coats and vapes.

I am sure at a different hour of the day the experience may be better, I just thought it very small and cramped and poorly laid out.

Most disgusting car park. Very dirty and stinky.
Once you're out of the parking space areas, you're good though. I can only vouch for the relatively clean toilets. Wouldn't stop here again though, sorry

Parking is in a multi story car park, so cars have to go in, single file, one behind the other. It was super busy when we visited so the traffic to get parked was backed up all the way back onto the main road.

There was a 'dog walking' area that was all just mud - not even a small patch of grass was visible and there was a large rat-trap on the floor at the entrance to this area (with a hole big enough that my chihuahua would be able to get her head in if given the chance).

Everything hideously expensive / over prices but that goes for all UK service stations I suppose.

I would avoid this service station if possible.

Car park, stairwell and area around it are disgusting, the worst I have seen and I travel frequently.
Once inside the building the facilities are acceptable and clean enough however I shall be avoiding these services from now on

If you dont mind the smell of wee and a dark and depressing car parks this is the place for you.
We had to park on the lower floor and held my nose till we got outside due to the smell.
There is no signs to show you where to go.
On the plus side the toilets themselves were ok but very small.

Best to avoid unless you can’t drive any further. Parking is cramped in a concrete multi storey with people parking across bays which makes it difficult to grey a space. Things don’t improve inside with toilets although clean also cramped and not very well maintained; they could do with a real facelift. The best but was the Cornish pasties sold outside but seating is limited and unhygienic.

A horrible place, if you're not desperate don't bother to visit here. Its difficult to find once you pull off, then you queue to park on a dated multi storey carpark, then you queue to buy expensive rubbish food and then you queue to the visit smelly toilets & then finally it's rubbish signage to rejoin the motorway. Definitely one to just drive on by.....

As bad as it gets. Long way off the motorway. Parking access is congested, and it wasn't even high season. Hazardous walk to the "facilities." Gents needed cleaning; very limited shops and eateries in cramped area. Needs to be rebuilt or repurposed. Will stick to purpose built facilities at Sedgemoor and Taunton Deane.
