Does anyone know how to talk to a solicitor from this firm? Ongoing issues with solving estates for 2 people who passed away 8 &4 years ago. Receptionist lovely but how on earth can she operate when the solicitors never call people back

Awful experience dealing with mosshaselhurst processing a relative's will. Had to chase them up multiple times to trigger any action. It would appear we were completely forgotten about for months on end. Ended up contacting executor of will myself to get some documents returned after getting no response from mosshaselhurst. Will was eventually finalised and paid out over 18 months after relative's death. One star is being kind.

They are all very friendly and helpful, from the ladies on reception, all the legal representatives right through to the partners everyone can’t seem to do enough for you, and when the task is completed and it’s time to pay the bill it always seems such very good value, no matter how much work has been done or how much I’ve managed to complicate things! 🙂

I've not dealt with them, they are actually acting for the other party, but from what I can gather through my house buyer and my solicitor is, a massive lack of communication between staff, a lack of staff able to do other staff members work when they aren't around and a big lack of enthusiasm to get a job done.
But like I have stated they are not acting for me and I'm glad

It genuinely is a pity you can’t give zero stars for a review, even better would be a minus rating.

If you are looking for a solicitor that wastes time, doesn’t respond, misplaces important information, forgets important dates and generally provides a sub standard sub service on all accounts, then step right up you’ve found them!

My honest advice would be to look elsewhere for any of your legal needs. To summarise, there’s zero proactivity with this outfit. every single thing has to be chased up or months go by with zero contact or progress updates.

Excuse after excuse with zero accountability or problem ownership. Incorrect information provided, incorrect details used. My own experience was a constant battle to get them to do anything and one of total and utter incompetence from start to finish, coupled with an outdated arrogance when ever you ask for a simple update, which never comes, or if it does weeks later.

This frustrating experience was also relayed and confirmed by other legal professionals who have had clients use them and had to move to other solicitors, which is what I ended up doing in the end at great cost and also months of wasted time!

Do yourselves a favour and pick any other solicitor you can, I’d even use Saul Goodman over these clowns.
