Selling our house and buying a new property through Moseleys has been a brilliant experience. Rachel Wright (our solicitor) responded quickly and efficiently to my initial enquiry and thereafter has been simply amazing. Our estate agents were impressed with how quickly draft contracts for the sale were drawn up and Rachel has been really good at at our new property, which because it is a new build has had a number of legal issues. We couldn't be in better hands to make us feel that the whole process was watertight. Rachel has always responded when we have had questions and her secretary, Sharon, couldn't have been more helpful when she was needed. Both of them ensured that the whole process was as stress free as it could have been. I can't thank them enough as this has been so stress free and I can only say that when you need a solicitor to move house, Rachel, with Sharon would be a great choice. Visiting Moseleys was also been a good experience. The reception staff were always helpful and professional whenever we had to take documents in and were respectful at all times of our confidentiality and our privacy. Highly recommended.

Myself and my family have nothing but excellent things to say about Moseleys solicitors right from the ‘get go’ of obtaining probate for my Aunts estate Maxine was thorough and efficient, then for the sale of the property Rachel Wright was amazing! It was a difficult process as one of the executors was poorly ( and has since passed) so extra consideration was given for this. Moseleys show true professionalism whilst still keeping the personal touch. They kept us continually updated with what was happening and everything we needed to do. On the day of completion everything went smoothly thanks to them. I would definitely recommend them as I couldn’t fault them in anyway. From front of house Verity, and Sharon Ryan, to the solicitors Maxine Burke and Rachel Wright. True professionalism and everything explained and easily understood. On an even better note their fees are excellent when you take into account how much work they do to get you through a difficult process.
