I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle and I am so glad she took on my case of purchasing my first home. She was hands on and updated me all the way through. She was very patient with me and answered all my queries in a timely manner.

Buying a house is daunting and can be stressful and Michelle ensured that this wasn’t the case for me. It was a breeze and very pleasant.

Considering the price we paid I would’ve expected a much better service. Communication was absolutely abysmal. We completed on our house and they failed to even contact us to inform us we now owned the home. Really disappointed I had to reach out to them myself to be informed we had completed. The only reason we completed when we did was because I was persistent with them as they waited over 4 weeks to even reach out or keep us updated with the status of the sale.
