We were introduced to Joy via my sister and brother in law when I mortgage was up for renewal some 15 years ago.

We have had the privilege of being assisted by Mortgages with Joy’s ever since.

Joy’s extensive knowledge has helped us to gain a good understanding of mortgage’s and she has been able to give good advice on how best to move forward each time with our best interests and needs at the forefront.

Mortgage speak can often sound like jargon and very hard to understand when it is out of your remit. However, that said Joy was able to discuss and help us step by step in a more understandable way for us.

Joy has gone on to help two of our children with mortgages for their first home.
