SCAMMERS BE CAREFUL! They said they are taking me to court for a dept i owed and paid off 6 months ago. I have all the proof here I phoned them up and they were asking for personal details etc and asked if I wanted to make a payment.. yeh sure no problem! Absolutely disgusting I'm now looking into this properly and will be taking them to court nasty horrible rats

I had a letter from this company saying I owe money to Bright house, which I’ve never had anything off them, they also said I owe ovo money for my gas and electricity, which I’ve been with EDF since 2009 and years before that, the bloke I spoke to laughed at me when I said I’ve never been with ovo and bright house. Just received a letter from ovo (sse) duel fuel saying I haven’t got a debt with them,

This company have been taking money off of me for months and months above and beyond the amount I supposedly owed to talk talk that Mia sold me a contract that they couldn't forfill I spoke to them and the next I heard was from Moriarty law ‼️ even though I filled out the paperwork to contest the so called debt in court the paperwork magically disappeared and I was consequently slapped with a ccj with apparently no recourse, I've paid above and beyond what the actual debt was supposed to be and I'm still paying now these people have a licence to rob you it's disgusting especially when I was willing to go to court and contest the original debt where do you go to get help with these people?

Honestly what is this company.
Received a letter to an old address that was given to me by the current occupant
Phoned to ask for proof of the account and that the debt actually belongs to me. Said we can’t said you anything unless you give us an up to date address I refused because I’m not sure how they even got my old address in the first place.
I’ve dealt with debt collectors before but this company the attitude on the agent was disrespectful, you can tell he hates his job but decides to take it out on the person phoning.

If they ever send you a letter refuse to give a new address and they’ll hopefully pass it on to a nicer company

SCAMMERS ! They sent me a email with a link provided. When you click the link it asks for personal information such name and date of birth. Do not fall for there tricks, its a scam people !!!!!

I have been harassed for months and months from these people ,.now they are threatening me with court ! No Matter how many times I ask them for a prove of these invisible money (£300) they o have apparently taken on a credit ... Which I have Not !!! Absolutely scammers, and such bad bad service

What a fake and disgusting company, get details from other law firms, probably buying without checks and start harassing without reason, I do not own any debts but keep getting harassments to pay. Do not explain where the money coming. Do not trust this company. Scams
They harassing me again. Told them to take me to the court and I will proof that I do not owe any money to anyone. Stop harassing and scaring with letters.
