Terrible service, shockingly bad. No care for the client, no communication, and every step of the way was unsatisfactory. Now i am better informed regarding the legal world , justice system, and lawyers, i see how badly i was failed by Kathleen More and it had caused so much unnecessary trauma.

This firm is completely unprofessional in their approach to defending clients. There is no consultations, no request as to what instructions are. Just an assumption of pleading guilty despite advise on the contrary, spoke with 3 different solicitors whose advice differed from each other. No intensions of adequately preparing defence for case. They are happy to take legal aid and contradict their own advice. They assume its appropriate to have 30 second consultations regarding case in the corridors of the court, so privacy is clearly ignored. I have emailed them with my concerns but no reply. Leaves me no alternative to make a complaint to appropriate bodies. Don't use these lawyers, you be better off with Adams and Whyte, all these legal aid lawyers are inadequate, unprofessional and highly incompetent.
