Over the years of buying and selling 8 properties and using an array of good and not so good solicitor firms, Moore Barlow and Verity in particular at the Woking branch, has been a revelation in how easy (for me at least) it can be. I always approach a house sale or purchase with trepidation of the usual endless questions and headaches and the worry that something is bound to go wrong or of some problem that seems unsurmountable.
I had initially used Moore Barlow earlier in the year, on a recommendation, to extend the lease on a flat I was selling. The whole process went through without a hitch and so I asked Verity to do the legal work on the sale of the property. At times I wondered if the sale had fallen through because there weren't the usual endless calls or queries and then suddenly we had exchanged and completed. Any hassles were dealt with by Verity with very little input from me.
I would recommend this company to anyone with anything to do with house conveyancing. For the first time ever, I didn't feel as though I was do half the work..
