Really disappointing service from lead engineer Jamie.

Arrived at my property to diagnose the problem with the PCB board.

I was work in upstairs and left him to it, politely suggesting to give me a shout if needed.

I came down 10 minutes later, the engineer was gone, with no job report, no feedback, no goodbye.

I have no idea what he did and have now given up trying to progress report the job.

Never had an engineer or any service provider leave without so much as a goodbye.

The machine is still faulty.

Will source another provider for the repair.

Disappointing as I had used them for a number of years.

We encountered an issue with our microwave/grill combi-oven and scheduled an appointment through the AEG website. We then received Moor to Seas Services contact details, the local firm designated for repairs. We were then able to contact Moor to Sea direct via telephone, and spoke to Kathy who was very friendly and helpful. She kindly offered us an appointment for 9 days earlier, which was a considerable relief.

The night before our scheduled appointment, we received a tracking link enabling us to monitor the technician's progress throughout the day. This feature proved immensely useful in determining his estimated arrival time. Additionally, the tracker provided the technician's name, photo, and car registration number, instilling confidence in the process.

Our technician, Pete, arrived well in advance of the scheduled time, demonstrating exceptional preparedness, knowledge, and helpfulness. He promptly identified the faulty element, replaced it, and reinstalled the appliance with efficiency. Furthermore, Pete offered valuable insights for the future maintenance of the appliance.

To sum up, Moor to Sea Services delivered a service that was friendly, prompt, reliable, and impressive. We would have no hesitation in recommending their service and will undoubtedly turn to them again should we encounter further appliance issues. In such instances, we would opt to contact Moor to Sea Services directly, bypassing the AEG website.

Fantastic service from Paul at this company. Very knowledgeable to swiftly fix a known issue with model specific fault on my AEG Comfort Lift dishwashing machine. Wish I knew about them sooner and will be my goto for any appliance issues in future as they cover all manufacturers and home appliances.

These are a contract company used by NAC. I called for a local company in Torquay with a local number to come and fix my cooker. I then had moor to sea services call me, NAC call me. Not realising that they work together. As they don't tell you they work together, getting very confusing. I did explain that I could only do a certain day of the week. Yet moor to sea services kept booking in a day I couldn't do Never asked what day , just booked Radom days. Surely as a customer you tell the company what day you can do. The lady I spoke to at moor to sea services was very rude and abrupt on the phone saying basically it was my fault. How hard can it be just to get communication and customer service right. You definitely don't argue with the customer you try and put it right. Fumming isn't the word , when I have waited weeks without a cooker and it's coming up to Xmas and it's freezing weather. Thank you I hope you are happy.
