These guys represented me in a dispute over a cancelled flight. Apparently, we were successful and a settlement was transferred but I never heard anything back from either Montpelier Solicitors or the claim management company (flight-delayed.co.uk) despite reaching out multiple times. I would not recommend this company.

Update - This was rectified by the claim management company, review changed to 5 stars.

A great big thank you to Kumarlo and the team here at Montpelier Solicitors for handling our claim for compensation from a cancelled flight on Norwegian Airlines.The claim has taken 2 years and 2 months to complete due to Norwegian dragging their heels and not admitting liability for compensation. Montpelier did a sterling job keeping up the pressure on Norwegian and for informing us of the situation every step of the way and the case was handled very professionally and courteously by the team there. Awful service.

This company contacted me to transfer my file of papers from an alternative firm. Since the transfer my case has only been progressed when chased by me. I have not been provided with updates and the matter is still dragging on years later. I have now referred the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. DO NOT USE this firm if you want a timely, efficient and courteous service. The one star is due to not being able to review with a zero!
