I got badly into unmanageable debt. Money+ got a repayment plan sorted with the creditors so that I didn't have to deal with them any more. As a company I found them friendly, efficient and 100% professional. They made me feel that they were on my side throughout. I had a terrible experience with this company. Due to major errors on their end, my debts were misplaced, and they made no effort to resolve the issue, leaving me with a default on my record. For seven months, I dealt with harassment from debt collectors, and I had to conduct my own investigations to get any clarity. Despite all of this, the company later attempted to blame me, claiming I was rude to their staff, who were poorly trained and often seemed intent on provoking me. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability were astonishing. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and peace of mind.

Sounds great to start with. Once they have your set up fee, they do not care. Do not believe them when they say 100% frozen interest and charges. This is not true. I was charged interest for the 1st month and all moneyplus said was they would 'try' and recover the amount. They haven't tried. I've heard nothing. Not an honest company in my opinion. They are getting money to 'manage' My account but so far I can't see how they've managed it at all. I get letters from my creditors 4 months in and now threats of debt collection and court summons. I just get told by Moneyplus that 'it's standard procedure'. So after the first and second month, I was actually more in debt than before signing up.

I can't recommend them enough they have been nothing short of a life saver for me. Everything sorted out with my creditors and ongoing support when your creditors pretend they don't know you are being helped my Money Plus Advice. That's how it feels anyway. But thankfully i can have the freedom to answer my phone again after years of of avoiding it. Money Plus Advice are kind, sympathetic and professional. The best thing i did was contact them for help. I feel i can sleep normally after years of anxious thoughts swirling around my head.

Easy to get started and extremely helpful staff. They take into account every financial aspect of your life and really help to pay a realistic amount back. They also take into account sudden changes where if you cannot pay on a certain day they are more than happy to support and work with you to keep on track with your plan. The fact they are willing to speak on your behalf too, all of the debts I have are on the plan with interest frozen.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Money Plus. I found myself in a substantial amount of debt that I couldn’t afford. I heard about money plus through word and mouth and I am so pleased I did. The staff have treated me with kindness, Ive never felt judged whatsoever when I explained my situation. They helped me work out what I could afford to pay each month and then they handled the rest. A huge weight was lifted as soon as I got off the phone with them and I finally felt like I could relax. Money plus have been a life saver for me and I wouldn’t use anyone else!
