Thank you so much Andrew he knew I was going through a difficult time with debt because of my health and low income support , he makes sure I understand and if i didn’t he would again make sure if everything is taking in place. I don’t think this is embarrassing it’s for the people who are having hard times with cost of living and with health problems. I am debt with everything he has given me time to repay it all back otherwise I wouldn’t know what to do.

This was the scariest call I've ever had to make in my life, I was dreading it. Dreading facing my situation and admitting I'd failed financially. Then they answered the phone! I have to say they have been the most kindness, loveliest and understanding of people! They have made this journey so easy for me, especially with having my own mental health issues, they have been there every step of the way and updating me with everything and now I feel like I can finally breathe again, start over and build my life back up from here.

Believe the low reviews these are from REAL people. The company pass you around like a used mattress. I kept saying I was not looking for debt management however they would not tell me what the could offer kept repeating themselves and demand an hour of my time. I kept saying I’m not paying them a FEE to manage my debt they would not simply be honest I ended to call only find these reviews. It’s outrageous and the lady I spoke to was rude speaking to me like I’m a child. Avoid this fee paying company check out step change or cap they are FREE to assist you!
