I cannot thank Graham enough for how helpful he was during my mortgage application. As a first time buyer I was completely clueless when I got in touch with him and he was extremely patient and went through it all step by step, explaining everything in an easy and straightforward way. He was always extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and did so in a friendly, yet professional manner. He also recommended a solicitor for me to use which made the whole experience easy and much more streamlined.

I would highly recommend Graham for any mortgage related queries. As a first time buyer I approached Graham clueless. He was extremely patient answering all my questions and clearly talked me through all the steps required. He is extremely approachable and professional, and there is no pressure to go with his recommendations. Although as his service was excellent I have subsequently used him twice now for my mortgage renewals. Most recently Graham even managed to secure a better renewal rate with my existing provider than they offered me. Brokers get better rates/deals ...... and don’t take a fee from their customers .... win win in my view and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks again Graham
