Highly recommend Monarch Solicitors for all things relating to buying a house. Leah has been dealing with my property purchase for the last couple of months and has been an absolute pleasure to have do this on my behalf. Very responsive and made sure i was kept in the loop at every stage of the process. She also spotted an issue that could of caused me problems later down the lane and rectified this for me before completing the purchase. Will defiantly be using Leah and Monarch Solicitors again in the future.

Joe also dealt with my free hold purchase and again, was very responsive to any questions i had and ensured i was involved every step of the process. He made sure the free hold purchase went through smoothly without any hiccups and worked closely with Leah to complete it all on the same day.

We have very recently completed on purchasing our freehold and from start to finish Ellis has gone over and above for us.
