It feels like a scam!

My experience with Monaco Solicitors was extremely negative and left me feeling misled and stressed. I approached them for urgent legal support and ended up having to cancel their services due to poor communication, lack of clear direction, and actions taken without properly informing me or following my instructions. Despite cancelling for valid reasons with 5 days, I was still charged £2,500 for work I did not authorise and that offered zero value.

The solicitor assigned to me made unscheduled calls without confirming my availability and left me in the dark about the process. When I tried to get clarity, I was met with dismissiveness and pressure, which only added to an already stressful situation.

Even more concerning was the discovery that the solicitor I was dealing with was not listed under Monaco Solicitors with the SRA, but appeared to be working through another entity. This wasn’t made clear at any point, and when I questioned it, I received no explanation, raising serious red flags about transparency and professional integrity.

I chose this firm based on the positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. What I went through felt disorganised, misleading, and exploitative. Honestly I question the legitimacy of their business practices.

Do your research and read the negative reviews. Do not contact them!
