Doesn't act in clients best interests. Emails are abrupt. What should have been a straight forward case, we have now dropped because these 'solicitors' couldn't get the job done on our behalf and instead allowed defamatory comments from the third party which in turn caused more stress. Also putting it across to us in words which made it all seem pointless. Just not worth it at all, after attending a face to face medical and a video call assessment which were both decided in our favour and was proof and evidence against the third party, it was all a waste of our time. Wouldn't recommend and not at all happy.. third party insurers are happy to have a driver on the roads who is a liability and it seems this company is also happy with that 🤔

This was an ongoing case for nearly TWO YEARS. which still couldn't get sorted....

Absolutely appalling representation, this company stalls, they tell lies and they don't act in their clients best interests whatsoever. I am disgusted that they are still licensed to even advertise as solicitors - they truly don't deserve the 1 star I have to give them.
Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs - go somewhere else and save your money, time, peace of mind. They will drag your case out so they can make money out of your misery.
MOH Law - you DISGUST me to the core of my very existence.

Terrible service, not worth 1 star. Mark Orman is rude, patronising and unprofessional. 18 months after an accident I was told they would be closing our file despite it being a simple straightforward claim. It took a new firm just 2 months to complete the claim and get my money back! Avoid them

Wow - all these comments are so spot on. Do not even think about dealing with this company. I only called as I had been instructed to use them so I asked about their online reviews and couldn’t believe the rudeness from mark orman ( it’s his company ) what a joke this person is.
