A brilliant firm, I bought my scooter from them nearly 4 years ago, it was like new. Its still going strong with original batteries too. Delivery was faultless and found everyone to be helpful and friendly. I am definitely going to buy my next scooter off them, which hopefully will be within the next few months as i fancy a change. I bought a pavement used scooter from Mobility Giant and hoped that it would be ok as this was my first mobility scooter. It came with a years guarantee which was good for a used item. It was delivered on time by a very helpful young man who was very knowledgeable. A week later I realised that the reversing beep was very quiet, so I phoned the company expecting to be told that it was normal for that scooter, but no, they sent someone out to rectify the problem.
First class service on all fronts.

I got a scooter from these about 6 months ago it was not great but did the job I had to call them regarding some problems I was having but spoke to some one that did not really care. I put up a review on the how I had been spoken to and that he really was not in a hurry to get it fixed. And to my surprise the MD of Mobility Giant called me about what had happened he could not of been more understanding after learning what had happened he said leave it with me. And the next thing I know phone call from the MD to say I will be getting a replacement sent out ASAP and true to his word a new scooter arrived today what a great way to do busy customer has a problem and you fix it Thank you so much for getting me back on the road asap 🙂 i also got a month for free not that they needed to do that as well GOING THE EXTSER MILE FOR A CUSTOMER NICE ONE Mobility Giant. so need a scooter ?

I purchased a used Invacare Comet Pro 2021 mobility scooter online, and the service I received from start to finish was outstanding. Despite my initial reservations about buying online, the scooter arrived in immaculate condition.
It was delivered about a week later, exactly on the scheduled day and time, by the company’s driver. He took the time to explain all the controls and features, provided a detailed user manual, spare keys, and ensured the scooter was fully charged and ready to use.
