Brilliant electricians. They have done several jobs for us now and the service has always been great - professional, friendly, prompt, good communication. Our newly acquired 60's bungalow needed updating. We chose MK Electrical as from the start Michal impressed us with his understanding of what was required for our home rewiring with clear explanations of what he could do to improve it.

Outstanding service from MK Electrical, very polite and professional and did a great job. We need a lot of different work carrying out (new lights, new consumer unit, moving kitchen isolation switches to name a few) and everything was completed to the highest standard and we are very impressed with the quality of the work. The service from MK Electrical is first class. Very quick response time, all quotes and work are explained in detail and Michal is a very trustworthy and engaging professional. The standard of work carried out was exceptional. Very neat and tidy, no mess to clear up afterwards and it is clear Michal genuinely cares for his customers. There were points during the work carried out where he could have taken an easier option to save himself time but offered to go the extra yard for the best result. Looked for a local electrical installer and Michal seemed to be the nearest to us and had done work for a near neighbour, very knowledgeable and experienced and personable chap. After explaining our needs and showing the lay of the land we agreed on what needed to be done and agreed a price. Michal and Emilia worked really well together to complete our job exactly as promised and on time. Recommended by my daughter, I was quickly pleased by Michal's positive response in providing general advice and in being able to give a firm booking.
Michal and Emilia have done the electrical testing, replaced the consumer units and sorted some wiring issues in several properties I am renting, this was all done to a high standard.
What did surprise me when I went to inspect the work done was how highly my tenants spoke of them, each one mentioned how politely they conducted themselves and how tidy they were, each had an anecdote of something they did, like hovering up after themselves, so over all I was really impressed with MK Electrical.
