I would highly recommend MJP. Having all communications, documents, and information always accessible is such a stress reliever during the home buying process.
There was no need to constantly phone to chase updates, just log on and look.
Any questions were responded to extremely quickly and clearly, everyone was very friendly and everything was very transparent.

The only downside is estate agents are typically unable to get through to MJP by phone which stresses them out, but as the customer you have all the information anyway.

I can't see myself using another firm in the future.

Had a great experience with a house purchase with MJP. Great communication and transparency in the process, with regular updates on the Portal for any events, changes etc. Very easy to raise queries and responses were always prompt and helpful. All activities were always completed in a timely manner and there was never any delay from their end throughout the process. Would recommend.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. MJP have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Usually, purchasing a house is a very stressful and taxing experience. This was definitely not the case this time around! MJP were quick, efficient, organised, clear and concise with everything they did on this sale for us. The online portal is amazing - it is easy to use and keeps you continuously updated throughout the process. I never once felt that I was waiting for them to get back to me or wondering what was going on. I always felt well informed and up to date which is such a huge thing when going through this process. Because of MJP, our house purchase experience has been a really easy, stress free, positive experience and I cannot recommend them enough. They’re worth every penny!
