Excellent service. I rang up to see if they could replace a six foot light in our kitchen. I was given advice on the type required and an electrician arrived within an hour. We couldn't have had better service. I highly recommend this company.

I had a complete failure of electricity supply at home and there was no apparent reason for the failure. Something had shorted but the master switch remained in the ON position on the fuse board. I called Catteralls who treated my request for help with urgency and had an electrician arrive at my house within an hour. The electrician was polite, courteous and found out what the problem was within a short time. A new unit/part for the fuse box was needed and my permission was sought to purchase and install a new one. The work was carried out speedily and I was of course very happy to have the power restored. Today I have received Catterall's invoice and I would say that the price charged was very fair. Thank you Catteralls and I have no hesitation in recommending you in the future to others!

The guys came out to hang a chandelier on my 20 foot ceiling dining room. They setup the scaffolding, quite quickly and efficiently, and got the job done. I would recommend and call again for more electrical work. Thanks!!

I needed two light switches changing & a new outside light. I filled in the website form on a Sunday & received an auto acknowledgement. I had an email exchange on the Monday & arranged for the electrician to come on the Tuesday at an approximate time. He came & got the job done quickly, including going to buy the new light. A couple of weeks later, I received an invoice via text & email, paid by bank transfer & a receipt came through. I’m impressed with the whole process. All very easy & efficient. Will definitely call on MJ Catterall again. Thank you!

Had 2 outside lights that needed replacing. I phoned & they answered quickly, no automated answer ? asked for a quote, they replied within 15 minutes ? only had to wait 2 days before work was booked In & quickly & carried out within an hour or so.
Locki arrived on time, completed work & cleaned up any mess. Lovely lad & very polite. Will use MJ Catterall Ltd again.
