Joshua and his team are so professional and trustworthy. Dave, lovely guy, laid our new patio and Jake was on hand to help with maintaining our borders and installing new edging. Excellent service from Joshua and team. Have used MM to cut high hedges and to mow grass. They are very efficient, do an excellent job and clean up. Communication is good and Joshua is always very polite and helpful. Will continue to use this company for our gardening needs.

Minster Maintenance have been taking care of my lawns for two years now. I have a bungalow with two 100 metre lawn areas and they come monthly or two weekly depending what I require and time of year.
Initially I had a "one off service" to get the lawns under control. As the work and service was of such a high standard I asked for an ongoing service, which means peace of mind for me as I can leave it to them.
Josh the owner is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable on lawn matters.
The 2 men teams that come out regularly are always friendly, efficient, wear company logo shirts and use their own equipment and take away all grass cuttings and debris.
100% recommend them.

Both lads were very polite and took instruction well. The bushes I asked to be cut back looked good at the end of the allotted time, although one was not quite complete but they assured me it would be at the start of the next session. They cleared up after themselves very thoroughly. A good start.

Josh and the team were really helpful and reliable. They removed and disposed of our old slippery decking and laid a great patio area and steps to the garden.
They identified unknown issues and always came up with practical solutions.
The old fencing was replaced with new panels and flower bed tidied. Very pleased with the work and happily recommend them.

Excellent service from Minster Maintenance. Special thanks to Luke and Mike who worked tirelessly over two days to cut back and prune some very high and long hedges in two gardens and a shared lane serving four properties. Very polite and helpful. Arrived on time and cleared everything away. Great job!

Minster Maintenance were hired on the 15/08/23 to tidy the communal grass areas as part of our annual maintenance fee for our road which I am a member of the management company.
The job took less than an a hour by 3 men to complete, the areas cut were left in a very poor state with edges not strimmed and all the cuttings left behind and not cleared up. Leaving the communal areas looking even worse than before they had started!
I emailed Minster Maintenance regarding the state of the areas had been left in and received a reply saying that they would return around 3 days later to finish the work. Now over a month nobody has returned and ignoring emails.

THANK YOU FOR THE PATRONISING REPLY 6 MONTHS AFTER MY REVIEW. ALL MEMEBERS OF THE WOODCUTTER MANGEMENT COMPANY HAVE ASKED FOR MINSTER MAINTENACE NOT TO BE USED IN THE FUTURE MAINTENACE OF THE GREEN SPACES!
