The service my husband and I received from Minster Law for his claim has been great. After my husband spent six months recovering in hospital following a motorcycle accident in May 2022, Andrew Sloan, our first claim handler, provided exceptional support. He called me daily during the first week as I drove nearly an hour to visit my husband in the hospital. Andrew's kindness, patience, and helpfulness were surprising and deeply appreciated.

About a year ago, our case was unexpectedly transferred to Brendan Lowe. While we were initially saddened to lose touch with Andrew, Brendan has proven to be equally kind, supportive, and efficient.

I have read some of the 1-star reviews here and can only surmise that some clients might have encountered less competent claim handlers. It's unfortunate, but I want to assure you that there are highly professional claim handlers at Minster Law. My husband's claim has just been settled, and we remain hopeful that the funds will reach his account without unnecessary delays.

Had a no fault accident in April, car was written off and have been suffering with neck and back pain since. Lost out on pay due to unpaid leave following the accident. They sent me to see a doctor, who told me I had whiplash and that Minster needed to organise physio therapy. I mentioned this to them during the correspondence, to which I would be ignored and have no reply to. I sent emails regarding this multiple times. It was continually ignored.

I lost almost £300 because of unpaid leave. Minster told me I would only receive £56 as they had to take an average of my earnings, which was apparently a court approved method. I questioned this with the law firm I work for and they told me this was a complete lie. I was then told if I didn't take the offer, I should either leave and start proceedings elsewhere or I can take the second offer of 68p.

I was sick of the whole thing and just wanted it done, so I reluctantly proceeded with the original offer, which is still didn't agree with. I signed the contract and they inquired where we were with the physio therapy. Only then did I get a response and was told that now that I'd signed the contract, they was no obligation of their end to provide therapy.

So at the end of all this, I lost out on a good amount of money, was made to feel like an idiot and feel belittled and I'm still suffering with neck and back problems.

I would not recommend using this firm.

This company is absolutely shocking stay away from them we had the most horrific car accident with lots of injuries 3 years on we got offered £800 and 1100 they are a joke and not once do they try and help you or contact you do not accept anything they offer or say they put this down as whiplash if you had a foot injury they would say it’s whiplash I also had weeks of physio for back injury my partner was taken ill spent weeks in hospital nothing to do with the accident but was receiving calls from minster law whilst recovering about the accident when she was in no fit state for them to come back months later and say you contradicted yourself in a phone call conversation and after 2-3 years I’m so annoyed and can’t believe how they deal with this it’s unbelievable I we don’t even care about the compensation they can stick it we would rather have nothing but principle is the most important thing to us and to let everybody know what they are and we will be taking this further

From the start of my claim the day after my bike accident, Minster law were supportive & always on the end of an email or phone call if I had any questions.

They listened to me & worked hard to get me started on treatment as soon as possible. Due to the complex nature of my case it took just over 3 years from the day of the accident to settlement & in that time they really looked after me. They kept me informed & gave advice at every step so that I could make informed decisions.

In the end an excellent settlement was agreed which we were all happy with.

If you get minster law on your side you can not go wrong!

Rachael Jobson, Emma Davison and Natasha have been friendly, professional and knowledgable throughout the last 3 and a half years since my accident and I genuinely cannot express enough how supportive and helpful they have been for me. From the first time we met they have managed access to support services, handled expenses and ensured that I was always informed of any relevant developments on the case. Dont expect a case to be handled this well at high speed though; I have learned that three plus years is quite normal for a complex case and their tenacious attitude and attention to detail require patience, experience and time, but they used these to deliver the best possible outcome for me. While I hope I will never have to use them again (no one wants to get run over twice!) I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who was in my position.
