Philip Bann has had to deal with a very difficult situation regarding a dispute over payments from a sale of house between my ex wife and myself. He has conducted himself professionally and very kindly throughout in trying to get a resolution. He has waived all fees, as he is aware of limited funds. He has definitely gone beyond the call of duty, and has been pleasant, knowledgeable, and even referred to other solicitor's for their opinion as to how to resolve the dispute. He has not charged for this service. I cannot praise or thank Mr Bann enough. Although the dispute is still not resolved, I cannot praise Mr Bann highly enough. Mills and ban has been dealing with my legal affairs for some time.i called to make a appointment,they said they was to busy and what I needed doing to look it up on Google,and go to another solicitors who would be able to help how disappointed I was however I called Gardner Leader and got to see a solicitor the following week .so they have lost my business

Today I had an appointment with a solicitor and unfortunately, after being kept waiting for 12 minutes with no sign of the person ever appearing I decided to call it quits and leave. This was after already having my previous appointment cancelled as they had booked it in for a time he was on leave. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had the unfortunate luck to be dealing with this company albeit indirectly while selling a property. They sat on documents for months which should take weeks. Requested documents which had already been sent not once not twice but three times. Awful nightmare
