Michelle was an excellent help for us as first time buyers!
She was patient in running through everything with us and helping us to understand what can be a very confusing and daunting process otherwise. She looked through numerous quotes for us and found the best one, and even offered to see if we could get a better one when the buying process took longer than expected!
Alongside this, she will now check in with us every year to make sure all is well, alongside finding us the best offer if/when we remortgage at the end of our fixed term.
