Had major issues with Milburns. Were trying sell a house and they left us in a worse place legally had had to get the ombudsman involved ( pending decision). It's costing us at least £2/3k more due to their lack of advice/ service. They kept saying everything was fine until the 11 hour and they had the information for approx 6 months. AVOID!

Update. They were found GUILTY of 3 counts of poor service by the Ombudsman!

On the day I was in court my solicitor was no were to be seen. A young woman walked up to me and said Richard is on holiday I’m dealing with your case today. So tell me what’s going on. I had 30 minutes to try and explain what had been going on. She didn’t fight for me at all. Thanks to her and Richard I only see my son 4 days a month. I would not recommend these people. Happy to get as much money as they can get out of you. But don’t fight for you. It’s came across as fun to them a game. I have friends who have their children 50/50. Not me thanks to these people.
