I approach a first visit to a computer repair company with some trepidation, expecting some IT nerd to baffle me with questions and to fob me off with poor service. But this was different - very different. The staff are friendly, helpful and reassuring. The repair work was done promptly and at a reasonable price and I was kept involved at all times as to the cost and the time it would take. What's not to like? Excellent

I spilled water on my laptop and so phoned Milborne Port Computers to see what - if anything - could be done. James was sympathetic, gave me advice as to how to try to save it - but not so hopeful of success. Which proved to be the case. However James managed to retrieve my data and fix me up with a very reasonably priced new laptop very quickly and without any fuss. Conclusion: This firm gave me brilliant service, and I was helped in a very decent manner. Can't recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend Milborne Port Computers enough! My old computer died and I went to James who supplied me with a very-well priced, re-conditioned laptop. I thought it would take me hours and hours to transfer everything over and to re-set long forgotten passwords for EVERYTHING, and that it would be a nightmare. Wrong! James did it all. I literally got the laptop back, plugged it in, connected it to my wifi and off I went as if nothing had changed (no password re-setting even required)! Fabulous all round.

An outstanding small business.
The back had started to separate from my laptop which I took to James for assessment on a Friday afternoon. By Monday morning a new part had arrived in the workshop & the repair was then completed within 24 hrs.
A thoroughly professional service, knowledgeable, honest, super helpful & very friendly - a real asset to the local community :o)
