Milberg have helped me file a claim against JLR for their poorly built cars. I faced numerous safety issues with my Jaguar and it's fair to say, their cars are absolutely rubbish and cost an arm and leg to maintain. I'm so happy Milberg go out their way to fight for the public in regards to matters like this! Hats off to your company and your employees. What an amazing job you are doing. For the last 2 years I have been waiting for my claim but all they've been doing is sending me surveys to Complete. I had completed the surveys aswell however no response and no further info about my claim. They ignore all my emails. All they are doing is wasting peoples time .personally my advice to anyone wanting to use milbergs help.dont

Looked at signing up for DPF claim but would like copies of some documents being asked to sign up for, to read at my pace rather than rushed on the sign up pages, I've asked several times and yet no one ever responds. The automated system is still sending out mails asking to complete registration along with txt messages but no-one answers a simple email request!

Update had a call and this has now been sorted
