This is the third time I have been given an appointment and when I arrive, I find there is no appointment, nothing has been scheduled, and even the person who gave me the appointment is not in the office. Then you wait for hours for nothing.
Last time, which is today, I had an appointment with Saeed at 10:30. I arrived, and the time passed, and he is not in the office. The reception doesn’t know anything about the appointment, and they said he doesn’t pick up the phone. Later, after he arrived, he showed no respect and no way of communicating. I have seen Hena coordinating her staff well before, but unfortunately, some of the caseworkers are far from any professional behavior or job honor. It is disgusting that some people rely on the workload to justify rudeness.
Between the home office and emigration solicitors, you just find yourself in modern slavery, unfortunately. Not recommended at all.

The worst office ever, they are very rude and unorganized office. They released me just two days before the my tribunal. And they told me so many rude words. Basicly Hina S Choudhery was very unproffesional and rude against me. They are a scam

Seriously Awful appointment system. I had booked an appointment with them weeks ago and luckily, I chose to ring them prior one week of my appointment. The first time they put me on hold for almost 15 minutes and I had decided to end the call.

When I called them on second time, one lady sounds very unprofessional. She was trying to cut off my words and ask me to call back, sounds like she wasn’t be the right person ( I believe I had called the general line which should be link to a NORMAL RECEPTIONIST).

I told her that I just wanted to confirm my appointment and the next SECONDS she replied me by just asking me to come, simply without even asking my name. I felt doubtful because clearly she didn’t mean to check properly and that after, mislead me. Out of sudden, she cut off my line when I questioned her further.

I attempted a final call and this time, another lady told me there was no appointment made under my name. She offered me for another appointment for me but had to cancel it shortly after she found out my status, which I did mention to them weeks ago which turned out leading to my 1st appointment being made at that time.

Not sure if those reviews are genuine, maybe just some support from the Muslimhood. Please make sure your staffs to have treat everyone FAIRLY and with the right information, in regards of private or under legal-aid.

Luckily there’re still other law firms in UK
