MichelleBelle is a great organisation. I appreciate your support through out the process and advise you gave during the process.

The only thing I feel should be done is that, someone who may have been laid off after the three months probation should still be assisted by giving the person a second chance. There can be a clause, that if the person is rejected again in the second company, you would have no business with them. There can be a signed written instruction by MichelleBelle and the person or something like that. This is my suggestion.
