Terrible firm to deal with.

Do not reply to messages. Do not return phone calls. Instruct a stream of third parties to contact you to make appointments for physio before you have even instructed them.

Awful customer service.

We cancelled within the 14 day period and I would advise you to research properly.

The reviews are terrible and my experience has been in keeping with the other poor reviews.

They can't be bothered to reply or assist prior to being officially instructed so I can only imagine how poor they are once you have signed and are stuck with them.

I would advise to avoid.

I was recommended this solicitor for my case. They were the worst solicitor ever. They said 'no win no fee,' but in the middle of the process, they lied to stop the case and demanded payment; otherwise, they wouldn't continue with the case. Stay away from this company

Under no circumstances should you go with this firm .

I have had the worst experience . Given wrong advice . & Been seriously Miss informed . From day one

To be told my car crash case that after 14 months if you want to take this to court it will cost you £1750.00 that it’s all
based on the mechanics report not the specialist doctor or physio you have had

Only then after 13 months to be told by a second Soliciter as the first one left for (miss informing clients )

That the judge now favours the defendant ?! & your case is suspected of Being fraudulent ?!

Even though the defendant who crashed into us admitted liability immediately

My partner has also been told the same to take hers to court she’d have to pay up front £4750.00 .

I could go on all day with how
un professional this firm is .

Only the mechanics report is valid in court though are damage was £1500
& defendants £500 .
That they judges now favour the defendant

So please don’t let

find anyone else but these .

I do not usually go out of my way to leave a negative review for any company. And I would give this firm zero stars if I could.
However, I MUST PRE-WARN PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS!!!!

I was involved in an vehicle accident a year ago where the other driver was at fault (and admitted it on a recorded telephone conversation). My injuries were physio-related (headaches, strains, knee pain, backache etc) and these injuries were consistent with medical records.

After a year of pursuing my claim (which was on a ‘no win no fee basis’ ) and an abrupt change of solicitor, this excuse of a firm decided that my claim was not strong enough to proceed due to ‘minor vehicle damage’ and expected me to cover £3000 worth of costs if I wanted to take this claim to court.

I cannot advise you enough to STEER CLEER of this UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM! They will waste your time and make false promises in the beginning about having a successful claim then turn around in the same breath to insinuate that you are LYING with regards to injuries (and how they cannot prove the accident caused the injuries sustained). THE NERVE! My only regret is not reading the Google reviews beforehand.

ONCE AGAIN - AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!

We are currently using this firm that was recommended through our insurance broker, for personal injury claims.

I wish we would have looked around and checked the reviews before agreeing to go with them!

Not only do they not contact you when asked, they do not keep you informed at all! And treat you as if they are doing you a favour not WORKING for you!

Despite asking numerous times for a call from a senior member of staff, still nothing, what I get in response to my emails is sarcasm with attitude.

Take my advice people look around as I myself intent to do as soon as someone actually gets back to me!

They are deceivers - a bunch of lying, 'where there's a blame, there's a claim', money grabbing charlatans.

If you commission this company of your own choice with all these poor reviews, you can expect to be bent over and have your pants pulled down.

If you are unfortunate enough to be allocated this company by an insurance company, take this advice - tell them you'll find your own solicitors

Abysmal service, lack of communication. Injured in an accident November 2017, responsibility was accepted by the other drive.
I had a loss of earnings and injury claim, for which the company acted on my behalf. Useless is an understatement, never listened or accepted evidence that I gave them to fight on my behalf, which they wasn't. This continued for 16 months then they advised me to accept what the other party offered, which actually was a pittance of my actual loss of earning was as I didn't get any loss of earnings only injuries after been off work for 2 weeks. I would never recommend anyone to use them ever.

Very disappointed in this firm been dragging my sons claim out for 8 years now we’ve done everything they had asked of us even gave up our social housing to be asked to go into a bungalow to have our rent paid lots of promises from them very bigged it up , change of solicitor because the last one left now we are being made homeless as we were told we had to pay our own rent which is too much to manage on my money so now my poor boy has been left without all the help he was promised. If We had stay in our social housing we would not of been under so much stress we are today. Got loads of letters of promises but it’s all lies. Now my boy is suffering because of this firm.
They like ignoring my emails too. 8 years on we are worst off than ever.
