We used Daniel to carry out an asbestos survey on a house we were hoping to buy that had suspected artex ceilings. He was very quick to respond to our initial query, took the time to explain what to look out for and how he would conduct the survey and booked it in very quickly. We are in the process of buying our first property, and the RICS home buyers LEVEL 3 survey came back advising to test various areas for asbestos due to the age of it, 1930s/40s.
