We were kept up to date from initial instruction through to completion. In between we had a clear understanding of what was happening and when things didn’t happen it was explained and sorted. Not least on the day prior to completion when the buyers solicitors (who were shocking) decided to pull a distraction tactic because they were angling for more time having not requested the buyers mortgage funds. Late in the afternoon they asked questions about fire risk and covenants on the lease. Questions which should have been asked in week 1. Ellie and Megan took this in their stride and with cool heads and a decisive manner contacted us and the managing agents for the answers. They levels of work ethic are exemplary. Delivered them by 10am on completion day thus ensuring the buyer met his deadline and we got our sale!

Astoundingly appalling. Thier inability and aversion to doing their jobs was shocking. They are lazy and seem to believe that just because a property is under auction conditions they can get away with not doing their jobs and being paid anyway. They were the sole reason for weeks of delays in the completion of my purchase as it would take them weeks to complete even the simplest of tasks. They caused untold amounts of unnecessary stress, worry and loss of sleep due to their incompetence.  As a purchaser I had my own solicitor thank goodness who was conscientious and efficient. Our completions contact at Iamsold had to go above and beyond to support us to manage Medways lack of efficiency, diligence and competency, without this support the deadline would have been missed, the sale would have fallen through and we would have lost our deposit. If you are a seller and the whole reason for putting your property up for auction is the desire for a quick sale then selecting Medway Law as your conveyancers completely defeats the point of this and risks the unnecessary break down of the sale. They are incompetent and work shy and are also rude and dismissive in their responses to emails. I am astounded that Iamsold put up with these people being their partners. Avoid at all costs.
