In our case, they were not able to negotiate a settlement. It wasn't for lack of trying but both sides were way off. It's a pleasant place with lots of candy and snacks, very professional staff and nice views from the windows. But let's face it, nobody really ever wants to be there...

Prepare to be here for a long time. It took over 3 hours for the involved parties to agree on a settlement sum. The mediator was very experienced and professional. Everyone in the office was nice and courteous. The snacks at the coffee bar area are a nice touch.
