An emotionally abusive care company that will actively be rude to their clients and their clients' families. Terrible communication from the Office, does not turn up for meetings and does not respond to emails or Phone calls. Does not listen to feedback. Carers will turn up at whatever time they feel like (Will not follow the timetable at all) and show no concern for those under their care. Have nearly lost a family member under their care twice because of their negligence and lack of care. They will try to twist your words against you. Staff appear to be incompetently trained in the use of equipment. Do not leave family or friends in their care.

I was attending a training day there and it was a brilliant course! The facilities are good, the toilets are clean and I was impressed. It is tricky to get to as Sat nav may take you to the wrong side of the building. We eventually found it!

Totally incompatint company that can't even supply the basic care for the elderly,if your looking for care for family please look elsewhere as they are all full of lies and will fob you of and laugh behind your back...this is a update on this company..they cannot even deal with medication from pharmacy,found meds in cupboards while checking for shopping for my earldly mother,now totally 😫😫😫

Yeh I did a lifting and handling course it lasted all day although it didn't feil like it .I learned loads the instructor was great 👍

It took a little time to locate after I got to my bus stop. Its very spacious for training and well ventilated.

Appears to be undergoing changes at present, cafe area v bare and mtg room we used (Bilston Suite) was also used for storage. Seen better days.
