Efficient, friendly and professional service from Karen when dealing with our updated wills. We consulted her as a result of reading an article in the press and which we thought applied to us. Not so, as it turned out, but it led us to reread our wills and recognise they needed to be amended anyway, due to other changes in our circumstances. One star because no Stars aren't an option. Absolutely disgusting people who have no empathy or compassion when dealing with humans. Don't have a compassionate bone between them when dealing with the bereaved and unfairly judge people without knowledge to situations. Disgusting company.

I recently updated my will with Lucy at McHale Baker. I found the reception area and the offices very pleasant and all staff also pleasant and friendly. Lucy was very professional, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble,the service was excellent. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend them to others.
