Awful experience with this firm. Give them a wide-body swerve, in particular Alan Davies. They are stuck in the dark ages and are particularly unhelpful and uncooperative. If you are considering selling or buying and find them on the other side, request that the buyer find another firm! Everything is everyone else's fault but their own. Out of their depth with the most basic concepts and make empty threats, and send ranting emails!

Very slow service approach them last September to have ownership transfer as inherited property asked for payment upfront before they would take the job unlike most services who get paid when completed. So far 10 months later I am still waiting maybe that is why payment demanded up front as service is so poor. So if you are in a hurry to sell your property dont choose McCash & Hunter. Very disappointed in service.
